The waiting list hasnt worked in a long time! Are they working on this?

By the way your cashouts are very fast now only takes 6 to 12 hours to hit neteller not bad at all thanks for getting cashouts to the players at a faster pace!

Yes. It's being worked on as we speak (type). No ETA yet tho, but we'll keep you posted once we have an update. We know it hasn't been working for some time so we're itching to have it sorted out as well.

Is it possible that the autopost blind check box was ticked? That's the only reason we can see that you would have posted to play.

jaypee2 played the first hand, then the second hand there is oddly enough a small blind, a big blind, and now he is forced to post again.

Oops- the glasses need some polishing. The autopost feature shouldn't have made a difference there. We'll check it out with Prima and revert.

Hi Jay,

The reason that you landed up posting to play after you'd already posted the small blind is because initially, you should of posted the big blind as that's when you sat down at the table.

It seems that the software won't allow the posting of the big blind when you're on the small blind when already sitting at the table so that's why you needed to post.

We'll be checking this out with Prima but in the meantime, we've refunded the amount of the small blind to your account.

Prima is a joke.These waiting-lists havent been working for how long???I play there occasionally-why does Prima let major software problems go unresolved for weeks at a time??

I have to agree; this is insane. I went on Prima tonight and found the waiting list problem still happening. I remembered that this problem was there the last time that I was on, so I checked the date - Mar. 28!!!!

I just can't imagine a business letting a major problem like this go on; I shudder to think how much revenue they have lost over it. Players who can't find a table and can't get on a list to get on will simply go elsewhere.

The bug in tourneys that keeps making me repeat my action about 30% of the time and loses the tourney lobby is bad enough, but I've never seen any form of card room try and operate without a waiting list. It's simply suicide.
