Default AA in big blind

I held A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]A [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] in the big blind at a live $100(only) buy in at Lucky Chances in SF. My chip total was $260 and I had everyone but one guy who had $300 covered easily. In this game very little pre-flop raising was going on and there were 7 limpers for $4 each on this hand. This is basically a poll/comments : what is the highest EV play here? Raise the size of the pot, Raise to $20, Raise all in?!? Check? What?
Keep in mind the players are a bit loose and inexperienced as far as live no-limit games are concerened.
thanks in advance for all comments
Anyone who raises all in usually gets no callers.
