Default New to NL ...help please

Been playing limit for a while but am experimenting with some Multi table NL.

Getting better, usually make it into the top 1/3 with a couple of final tables.

My last try I am in 30th position (47 left of 200) with just below average stack approx T4000. I am in the BB with a couple of Jacks. Folded to UTG +3 who goes all-in with a stack about the same as mine. Folded to me.

What is the best play here? Blinds are 300/600 and UTG+3 seems to be a reasonable player although I have not been playing with him long.

It really depends on how UTG+3 plays. If he goes in a lot, then I'd call. If he usually limps or makes average sized raises, I'd fold.

If you don't have a read, it's tough. I'd fold knowing, at worst, he probably has 6 outs against you. If he is going all-in with a smaller pair, more power to him, IMO. But JJ just isn't strong enough at this point in the tourney against an all-in.
