If you play at Empire routinely, you only got the $50 bonus at the end of March. If you stop playing there, you get a $100 bonus.

I get the message, Empire - I will stop playing there and wait for the better bonus offer.

Try e-mailing support. Every time that I have gotten a reload bonus code at Empire, I have had to e-mail support to get it credited.
