I will generally play fairly tight and straightforward in the early going when they can't stand to have chips in front of them and cash in the bank. Nothing fancy is required. Get AA, KK, QQ or AK. Put all your chips in and let them get the rebuys started. If they knock you off, well, get some more chips and do it again.

After the lunatic period is over, then you will have to settle in and play some poker.

How many chips do you start with?

Rebuys are $20 and give an additional 1000 chips correct?

-- Standard advice is to play more lik eyou would in a ring game during the rebuy period. Basically be more likely to push a small edge (like getting all-in on the flop with a big draw) since if you get busted you can just rebuy and be ready to go again.
