Default William Hill cashier problem (not the cashout issue)

This morning I had a weird problem with the William Hill cashier. When I tried to access either the account or the deposit section, I got the message, "You Do Not Have A Valid Gaming Session: You are not currently logged into your William Hill account. Please click here to go to the sportsbook." I was logged in though. This happened from both poker and the casino. Has anyone else had this problem?

Thanks,
Unc

Thanks, jw. It turns out that you can indeed access the cashier from the sportsbook webpage linked to that message. I'm pretty sure you used to be able to do this more directly, but at least it works.

I ran into this situation last week, and I emailed William Hill. They said they have an ongoing problem with the cashier sign-in web page, but recommended that I go throught the SportsBook as you did. It may be a permanent change, and extra step or two, but it does work.
