Default Interesting Interview with Barry Shulman in Business Week

Poker's Growing Stakes

I love the way he keeps bringing up the luck factor. Any two cards can win.

Here fishy fishy.

i thought it was funny when the guy asked him how much he'd won and barry said "maybe a million dollars". im guessing that for many people who read business week that wont seem very impressive. considering how many years he's been working at it, it didnt seem very impressive to me.

I was amused when he commented on how good the comentary on WPT is and how they teach you to play. Their comentary and teaching are good for one thing, entertainment. Just like a casino they sell people on the dream and make them feel good because that is what most people want. Hey great. Let them feed the fish we feed upon.
