Let's Guess AT This One

Here's a cute question I thought up that is a good test of intuition - if you don't calculate it or use a computer. Later on someone will give us the exact answer. But for now let's have some posters go on record with a guess and see who comes closest.

Playing headup holdem with no ante, no blind, no bets except preflop, your opponent agrees to bet $100 every hand and play it face up. However you must pay him x dollars in his pocket each hand to get him to do this. Obviously with no ante, you will only call the #100 when you are favored and will lose x when you don't call. So what would you guess the fair value of x is?
