Default Overconfident?

This was a very loose table, I dont normally get involved preflop with this hand/position but I was getting bad cards and it hurts to sit around watching people overbet time and time again without getting atleast some of their money.

With the amount of action on the flop and being bet into on the turn, am I too sure of my flop here?

Easy fold pre-flop, but you knew that already. I hope this doesn't sound too harsh, but you will lose money in the long run if you play hands like this from EP. Probably from LP too. I know its frustrating when you're getting coldcarded at a table full of fish, but patience is definitely a virtue in this game. The fish will always be there. You will make money off of them by consistently playing better cards than them. You seriously failed at that here and got lucky.

Having said that, you played well post-flop. Don't fear the flush unless someone gives you a reason to. I think a 3-bet on the turn would qualify, but it didn't come. Although if a fourth club comes, I think you have to lay it down.
