UB Tourney Problems

I got tired of UB last month when they were having problems so I stopped playing there. Tonight I decided to put a little money in just to try it out again. I decided I'd play a TEC to get things started. I was drawing cold for the whole first hour but I decided what the heck I'll add-on at the end before the break.

Well at the break the tournament just completely froze up. I was about to go to bed when I realized that my table just sprang back to life. My question is do you guys think this is fair? The tournament started at 10.30p. The break started at 11.30p and I think should have been only around 5 minutes. The tournament was frozen until about 1.45a. I can't believe they would just not cancel the tournament.

Thoughts?
