Re: Possibly the worst play in history
for what it's worth, if he put you on ace-king, he actually had odds to call the flop.

This one is slightly worse
I don't have ready access to the hand history, so I'll recall from memory:
PP PL100 $2BB I have $100 and the villian has $100 I'm in SB with KK. A new player in MP raises max to $7 It's folded to me in SB. I re-raise max to $31. Only the raiser calls. Flop comes all low cards rainbow. I bet pot $63-ish. He re-raises me his last $10 or so. I call of course. Turn blank. River blank. Money slides to me. He mucks. I checked the hand history and he had ....... K2s!!!!!!! Completely disregarding the asinine pre-flop play, I cannot fathom what he was thinking. He called a $60 bet and raised all in for just $10 more with a 3-flush and one overcard (which it turns out would have done him no good to pair)!?!?!? He reloaded and two hands later did the exact same thing with K9s against a player with KK. Then he left. I was sad. Johnny |
