Default Payout Structure on PP

I have done a few calculations and have found that according to PP's website( http://www.partypoker.com/games/tour...lti_table.html ) they are NOT paying 100% of the prize fund in Multi Table tournaments that have more than 100 players. Can anyone tell me if my calculations are wrong??

100-199: Total Payout % is: 27+15.5+10.5+7.5+6.5+5+4+3+2+1+(0.8*3) + (0.65*4) + (0.5*3) = 88.5%
200-299: Total Payout % is : 89%
300-399: Total Payout % is : 88.5%
400-499: Total Payout % is: 90%
500-599: Total Payout % is: 89.65%
600-699: Total Payout % is: 88.15%
700-799: Total Payout % is: 87.1%
800-899: Total Payout % is: 86.75%
900-999: Total Payout % is: 86.1%
1000-1099: Total Payout % is: 87.1%
1100-1299: Total Payout % is: 87.1%
1300+: Total Payout % is: 86.5%

This is a real disappointment to me and is a SERIOUS disservice to their players. I feel that they already taking enough for the entry fee much less not paying 100% of the Buy ins.

I sure hope their site is wrong or that I have calculated my numbers wrong.

Their website is wrong. I checked the results of a random 191 person MT and the numbers add up fine. 4th place got 9% and not 7.5% and so on.
