yes....a very interesting article....and a proceeding i was unaware of.
also interesting how they kept referring to the US "ban" and "prohibitions".
i think a responsbile journalist would make a point out that many legal experts consider the 'legality' of internet-gambling in the US to be in something of a grey area.

if it is already banned or prohibited then why are there various representatives trying to make it illegal??

this strikes me as a very misleading article imo. but i do think the victory for antigua and the support they received from the european union is terrific news.
