Default whats a prop?

i apologize for the ignorance/newbieness, but the large anaconda post has made me curious.

a prop is a player paid by the casino. the person fills a seat and keeps the table active. the prop plays w/ his/her own money but earns a small wage for the time at the table.

ahh thank you bwana, that makes sense.

so that large post is about players marketing specific sites, for which they actually prop for - thus making the advertising somewhat biased? seems like everyone knows what they are talking about and the topic seems heated...makes me too curious.

seems like everyone knows what they are talking about and the topic seems heated...makes me too curious.

This forum, nicknamed the zoo, is like a giant soap-opera.
When you get into it, all the views and in-jokes are well known.

99% are a prop or affiliate just look at the number of thier posts they use this forum has thier own advertising company.
