Now, the "atmosphere" is dreary, gloomy and dull. Harrah's must have hired a psychologist, to make folks feel like LOSERS, when they "renovated" that room. That "renovation" is the "pits". How about that "institution" grey, in the stairwell and hallway, which lead to the room? It's actually scary and spooky.
