trivial question about royal flushes at Empire/Party

I just got a royal flush at Party/Empire. Do I get anything (eg, a hat in the mail) for the royal flush?

Doh! I didn't think I was gonna get anything, but free stuff is always good.

I didn't even drag a nice pot, but I did have 9 through ace of clubs.

This is an issue that made me stop playing at party. I hit a royal, i went to live chat they said i got a hat. I got the email from lucy jones or whatever it is confirming that. 2 months later I emailed them where is my hat and they dont have any idea. They wanted hand # which i had till i got the email. They eventaully connected my emails with a supervisor who didnt or could not write english. I kept it for a while it was so entertaining. I figure after that i dont want a partypoker hat cause i dont want to advertise for a company that is so pathetic. Now i play at pokerstars where the rake is better and the service is slightly better.

Yeah. A while back I actually got a Royal on party against quad aces. I didn't get the hand history within 100 hands though, so I contacted them about digging it up (it was an awesome hand). They did this for me and congratulated me and made a comment that really surprised me. They said "we will forward this to the appropriate department about sending you the gifts"

Gifts!? I got all excited and couldn't wait to see what they were. That was months ago now. I suppose I should check back about that. Or not.

If you really are interested, I'd talk to partypoker and maybe they will tell you that you will get gifts also, but they probably will not send anything anyways.

sadly, no. i finally hit one today on empire. i sent this email to empire:
"Hi, today I got a royal flush while playing on your site. I have heard from others who received gifts when they hit a royal flush while playing on empire. I was just wondering if you guys would be so kind as to send me a T-shirt or
hat. Heres the hand history 513732966. Thanks"


and here was their reply:
