Calling out SoBeDude for cursing out fish
I'm playing at a small stakes game at Empire when I notice a familiar name at the table. I was about to say hi when I saw this:
SoBeDude: set of 5's loses to an idiot fish SoBeDude: I hate the fcuking idiot fish on this fcuking site SoBeDude, you were way out of line. Not only are you possibly chasing away live money, but the guy who caught the gutshot had correct odds on the flop to draw to it.

I have seen this before from others here - but reserved comment as I KNOW everyone here KNOWS it is not good for the game.
Sometimes we have bad days. I am guilty of the same crime sometimes - I have now forced myself to give my wife $5 each time I do it - even if I type nc. I can't cheat either cause she watches me play most nites. During my losing streak last month she made out pretty good - highlighted one of my biggest weaknesses - temper, temper, temper. This is one of the thigs we all must conquer before we can dream of becoming anything near pro. It is a lack of self control and discipline - both of which I am currently working on. Myabe a PM would have been a better way to discuss this with him. Orange

I was only going to PM him after the first comment.
But the second comment was about a minute later, by which time he should have calmed down. Plus, he actually had to be meticulous to spell his curse words so that they wouldn't have been censored.

not sure what to think about the 'calling out'. i agree this is a problem, though, and while many of us have done it from time to time it does worsen the games for everyone.
do you have any hh#s to prove out the comments?

Based on everything I've read written by Sobe on these forums, I don't think he has a complete grasp of pot/implied/effective/etc odds. -- Homer
