Default New Sheriff at UB

I have previously reported several abuses or cheats at UB.
And previously no action has ever been reported. In each case it was absolutely clear what the cheater or abuser intended.
The main issues:
1. Intentional delays in S&G and tourney's.
The person delaying, was timing out every single hand for a period of 30+ minutes. The main instance the person bragged that UB would do nothing to them. Several other instances, UB did refund the entry fee, as it was so excessive sever, but that doesn't help if you are close to the final table, and the serious money, with a short stack. Repeated intentional delaying can cribble you, when the blinds are huge.

2. Playing No-Limit, on the flop or turn a player bets a large amount, and you raise them either all-in or a significant amount. They disconnect, use the "all-in" protection to hopefully win. But if they lose they have cheated the winner out of the large end bet.
This has cost me hundreds of dollars, and no previous offender has been even received a warning.

We have marked player xxxxxxx as an All-in abuser, and he has protections have been restricted. We will not close his account but we did send a warning regarding his behavior and that if he incur in that actions again his account will be suspended.

Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance.

Sincerely,
Héctor
