Default Good place to start?

I've played mostly 10 handed limit hold em, some NLHE (10 handed), and stud and omaha 8/b, but what I'd like to start learning is limit hold em short handed. Just wondering if anyone can give me a good place to start, as far as adjusting my normal play 10 handed to a 6 handed game.

Read Texas Hold'em for Advanced PLayers, and pretty much ignore the section on play from early position.

Take what you know about 10 handed limit holdem, and apply it to 6 handed. The first 2 positions are mid position. The second 2 are late position, and the other 2 are obviously the blinds.

You can also think of it as the same game, with 4 ultra tight rocks in early position that fold every hand.

That's a good way of looking at it, thanks!
