Default JJ Hand

$300 buy-in with $5 and $5 blinds at Lucky Chances.

UTG raises to $25. This lady is not a very good player who calls with too many hands but she is not horrible, plays a decent amount of no limit, understands the basics and although I haven't played with her more than once or twice she should have picked up from the past hour that I play pretty tight.

All fold to me in the cutoff with JJ. I raise to $100. This is a very big pre-flop raise in this game. All fold to UTG who calls the additional $75.

Flop is A x x rainbow and uncoordinated. UTG checks to me. I bet another $100. She flat calls.

Turn is another apparent blank. Checked to me and I check.

River is a Queen. She bets her remaining $125 and I muck.

Should I have fired again on the turn? Once she called the $100 on the flop I put her on an Ace and decided to check the hand down. Comments?
