What's also hilarious is absolute poker filters out almost every well known poker software. So if you say "man this isn't as good as party poker" it comes out as "man this isn't as good as XXXXXXXXXX" Very strange.

They also now censor the word "spade."

It sucks because I can no longer tell my fellow poker players that I think David Spade is a jack-off.

i just checked....and trey is correct.

xxxy for trey.

considering the number of players who find creative ways around the censor-thing it all seems extremely silly

i see the f-word in a majority of the sng's i play i think.

either spelled with a space between each letter...
or spelled with 'kk' on the end instead of 'ck'....
or with an o instead of a u .....etc etc.

earlier tonight there was a guy at my table who kept calling one of the suck-out artists all kinds of names....with the spelling slightly adjusted each time.

i made sure to note him as a 'total jerk-off' for future reference.

After some experimentation, it appears that Party is saving our virgin eyes from seeing the words and phrases:

tre
otto
jack
spade,

So if otto gets the spade jack, it can't call it a treasure, but he can say " I XXXasure the XXXX of XXXXX."

On the other hand, ass, penis , clitoris all come accross unblocked. You can call someone penis breath, but can't say hi to otto or jack. This makes sense to someone, I'm sure.

XXXXX,

Shauna

pS. smegma is unblocked too. maybe they don't know what it means
