Pokertracker help (for Yahoo)

I cannot figure out how to save my hand history emails into a file folder retrievable by Pokertracker. I'm sposed to use Notepad or Wordpad or...

scroll to the end of the email, and there is an option called save message text. it's on the right.

I have a yahoo email and i just use the check pop3 email option. it seems to work even though it says it can not do this, it imports hands that seem to make sense.

trying to get the pop3 to work on my yahoo e-mail.

i just put in the server address pop.whatever, and it seems to work. I have my dsl through sbcyahoo, so maybe i have a diferent server than the standard free one, but thats all i know.

yeah....i'm extremely internet clueless.

i tried different things in the various blanks but i admit i have no idea what i'm supposed to put in there. pop.whatever??? i have no idea what goes in this spot.
probably won't work for me anyway since it's not supposed to.
