Default Top Pair Medium Kicker

How aggressive do you get with TPmediumK? Is your purpose primarily to find out if you are up against something better, or can it be considered value betting when against a field of 4 chasers? What key factors are you considering when playing this type of hand?

Hi l12lowell,

This is perhaps one of the vaguest questions I have ever read on the forums. There is no simple forumla of what to do in any hypothetical situation in Hold'em. The answer is: It depends. A lot. Was there a pre-Flop raise? What is your position? What is the texture of the board? What type of table is it? Etc etc etc. Try posting some specific hands and we can help you from there.

To me this happens mostly when im in the small blind, so unraised pot.
And the decision depends on what players im against and what kind of flop. The kicker size aswell ofc.
