Toronto area games

Can anyone in the Toronto area tell me what the table stakes are at The Blue Heron or Casiorama?
Also having never played in B&M what is appropriate for tippin?

The Great Blue Heron spreads 5-10, 10-20, and 20-40. Some weekends you may see a 30-60.

Casino Rama spreads 2-5, 5-10, 10-20, and 20-40. Once in a while there is a 50-100 game.

Brantford spreads 2-5, 5-10, 10-20, 20-40 and sometimes 30-60.

Up to 20-40 tip a buck for every pot bigger than the blinds.

Maybe two for a big pot i.e. 10BBs or more.
