Default UB hand histories. Anybody getting them?

Seems like UB is generally pretty well liked for their customer service in this forum, but I sure haven't had much luck with them. Over the past two months, I've sent in 4 requests for hand histories and haven't received a single reply. Not even anything suggesting when or if they will get to it. I've tried memberservice@ultimate.com and support@ultimatebet.com each twice, no luck from either one. I've just sent another message asking why I'm being ignored, we'll see what (if anything) comes back.

Is there a trick to this that I'm missing? I'm not all that excited about manually saving the hands one by one. I think I'd rather just move my play to a site which makes it easier.

Anybody else having problems, or have I been singled out?

No problem here. I request HH every night and get them the
next morning. I think you have the wrong e-mail though.
You need:

memberservices@ultimatebet.com
^
note the plural. I've found that if I misaddress the e-mail
to the right domain it takes forever to bounce back.
