Default Who is TheCount1729

This guy has to be one of the most amazing card players I have ever seen. I've watched the guy make over a hundred grand in the last couple weeks between the 100-200 on Stars and the big NL game on Ultimate Bet.

So, does anyone know who he is?

I don't remeber his name, but he is of indian decent.
He is always polite and says hello even when playing 3? or more tables.
From Canada I believe.

Thanks for the article. Very good reading.

I guess it's just that the biggest games online are rather soft, so it's easy for him to beat them.

Great link, Havana. I've downloaded the Poki client but have never got round to playing against it (and the one time I did try, it didn't work). Has anybody here gone up against it?

I read that article (well some of it) Hav, very interesting.

I actually wasn't really aware of Poki, and specifically that it was an endeavour to create a super-tough (optimal) headsup bot. Now *that* I'm very interested in.

I've long had an interest in HU play, and would love to become real good at it, but rake has always been a prohibitive factor. This Poki sounds like it could be the real deal, if not at full ring, then certainly at headsup.

Has anyone paid for it, and what has your experience been with it?

I'm seriously considering purchasing it, primarily to work on headsup play.
