Not easily anymore. Check what goodguy_1 wrote in a recent post about cookie removal and different computers. You may decide that Party made a mistake because they are keeping you from multi table tournaments that are different at all the skins. It appears they are not "serious" about enforcement, since the workarounds work...but you may have some "splainin" to do to Lucy (the Party Lucy, not the Ball one).

I wrote Party and asked point blank if you could have two accounts if you started with two. They said that both of my accounts at Party and Empire are active, and that I could have them still without any issues.

I don't know anything about how you can make or not make more accounts since the policy change, OR if that change even affects anything....
