Assuming it's a typical loose/passive low-limit game.

1) You flop a four flush to the nuts draw, do you see the river?

2) You flop and open-ended straight draw on a rainbow board, do you see the river?

3) You hold a couple of picture cards and the flop comes rags, do you see the river?

I think your responses are going to be "It depends"

1. Yes if multiway pot (Have Pot Odds)
2. Same (Have Pot Odds)
3. Sometimes...If there is a large pot and back door staight or flush draw.

1. Almost always. See a great post by Major Kong about nut flush draws on the flop.

2. Depends on the draw... is it an open ended draw to the nut straight (almost always)? To 2nd nut straight or the butt end are entirely different issues, and really is situation dependent.

3. Situation dependent. You will probably be folding before the river most of the time.

I can't tell if you are asking it this way or not, but, IMHO most people get in a lot of trouble decided to "see the river" on the flop. One play I see alot of I call "chACE" which is seeing the river with Ax. Lord bless them everyone.

That said, I'd probably see the river 98% of the time with the first 2 and 40% of the time with the 3rd.

See answer to question 1, however does the board have a pair? If so adjust your odds accordingly.

That depends. Difficult question to answer without more information.
