Default Yet another rake problem, sorry

It seems nobody at party or empire can give me a straight answer for this question, so I will try here.
At the 6-max $5/$10 tables, the rake is supposed to max out at $3 if ALL six players are dealt in. However, this is not what is happening. The rake caps at only $2! Hand after hand, its the same story. Here is an example:

***** Hand History for Game 290673785 *****
5/10 TexasHTGameTable (Limit) - Fri Dec 19 11:00:07 EST 2003
Table XtremZ (6 max) (Real Money) -- Seat 4 is the button
Total number of players : 6
Seat 1: CptC0ckwell ( $190.50)
Seat 2: enduro ( $506)
Seat 3: Champ44 ( $185)
Seat 4: obrien35 ( $16)
Seat 5: sammym ( $308)
Seat 6: nasozzi ( $164)
sammym posts small blind (2)
nasozzi posts big blind (5)
** Dealing down cards **
CptC0ckwell folds.
enduro calls (5)
Champ44 folds.
obrien35 folds.
sammym raises (8) to 10
nasozzi calls (5)
enduro calls (5)
** Dealing Flop ** : [ 6d, 2d, 3d ]
sammym bets (5)
nasozzi calls (5)
enduro raises (10) to 10
sammym raises (10) to 15
nasozzi folds.
enduro raises (10) to 20
sammym calls (5)
** Dealing Turn ** : [ 4c ]
sammym checks.
enduro bets (10)
sammym calls (10)
** Dealing River ** : [ 8h ]
sammym checks.
enduro bets (10)
sammym folds.
** Summary **
Main Pot: $103 | Rake: $2
Board: [ 6d 2d 3d 4c 8h ]
CptC0ckwell balance $190.50, didn't bet (folded)
enduro balance $559, bet $50, collected $103, net +$53
Champ44 balance $185, didn't bet (folded)
obrien35 balance $16, didn't bet (folded)
sammym balance $268, lost $40 (folded)
nasozzi balance $149, lost $15 (folded)

Now, I have sent e-mails to support and I get a different answer every time. First one said that I was wrong and to check the website to find out what the rake structure was. Second one said that the third dollar wasnt taken out of the pot until it reached $70. They told me this in response to the hand shown above, which has a final pot over $100 and a two dollar rake!!!
Is it just me, or do these people have no clue as to what their own program is doing??? We are talking about a hundred million dollar corporation and nobody knows what is going on!

Default im a deer in the headlights...

I truly have no idea if you are joking or not.

If you are, well done.

If you aren't, please email Chevron and ask them why the hell they don't charge us more for gas.

Tuco.

Default Missed the point, ace

I should have specified I guess: For those of us who are affiliates, this can be a big deal! Higher rake equates to more kick-backs.

Default wow! Thats intelligent

Is there anyone at all that has an educated response to my post?? By the way, that last one was EXTREMELY rude and childish. Flaming is one thing, but that was completely uncalled for.

I agree that arguing with Party for higher rake so he can get a bigger affiliate check is dispicable...but that response is over the line. Way over.

Default Frizz\'s serious serious rake problem

I can see how bad this must be for you.
The players you "befriended" and who signed up through you as their affiliated sponsor just aren't being ground down as much as you'd like and not enough of their money is being funneled back into your greedy little hands. YOU MUST BE PISSED.

E-mail Party and Empire and royally demand that they raise those rakes even higher because you've worked long and hard and you deserve the maximium benefit from your labors. [censored].

I do not necessarily mind that the rake is at $2 max. However, what irritates me is the fact that they dont have their [censored] together, both on the website and through their customer service reps. I am not looking for them to raise the rakes, just to give me a worthwhile response. Sorry for the confusion. I figured if the rake is really only $2, then they should post it as such on the website. A lot of my sign ups would be appreciative of having the correct info at the party website, and it would draw more players if they knew that the rake was only $2. This in turn would allow me to sign up more people under me that currently play at other sites. Much higher kick-backs come from this eventually. I obviously didnt word my previous post correctly. By higher rake, I do not mean that each game should be raked more. I mean what I have stated above. Hope this clears up any confusion.

Now Cyndie, is this evidence supporting my view on affilliates (The Leach theory) or your view (The Angel Theory)?
