So I follow homer's advice to start a little BJ whoring. I go to planetluck to play their strip BJ game where dealer stands on soft 17. Dealer then gets A23A and takes a hit and beats me! I go to support to point out the error. This remind you of any other live help experience?

I then talked to a supervisor who then proceeded to tell me that I was wrong, and that any hand totalling 17 with two aces is not soft. Nothing funnier than someone so sure they are right they don't listen.

Wow,
I think that she convinced me that A23A is really NOT a soft 17. She is good. That reminded me of when my daughters get into a "am too, am not, am too, am not, am too, am not, am too, am not, ....." conversation.

either a) their programmers can't code, or b) the game is h17, but falsely advertised

Had the dealer hit on soft 17 (no 2 aces) when I was playing about a week ago at the same site, same LV strip rules. I was on with CS for an hour just to get my money back for that hand plus a win. Also, it wouldn't let me take an additional card when I split aces which it also should have let me done. They said the software was having trouble, but would be fixed. Sounds like BS to me given that is a week later and still happening.

By the way I lost my $100 buyin even when I was getting $100 in bonus. I would trust these guys given their connection to party, but if there software doesn't even play by the rules they list . . .

I agree. There are AI systems out there that can do exactly that. I think it was a computer.
