Anyone doing latest True deposit bonus?

I deposited $400 a couple of weeks ago and was in the process of working off the bonus when I checked this afternoon and it was gone (I get the message 'You are not currently active in any promotions'). I was just wondering if this was isolated to me or if it was system-wide. Email to True suppport is as yet unanswered.

No problems for me. log in and ask the true host

Well thanks CZ. I didn't even know true had live host. Oh ok, I see now they have a host PM function.

Unfortunately, we have found that our promotions public reporting system is on occasion kicking a random player off the reporting system. Hands continue to be tracked, IF you are told you are not in the promo, when you were in before, please notify the Onsite Host, one is on 24/7.

You will be reinstated and your hands credited.

We think we have a fix for our next release. In the meantime, we apologize for any incovenience, all hands will be credited and all bonuses will be paid.

Tell the Host if you run into a reporting problem.

Thanks for the help. I would like to add one comment about your Host PM system. After I sent a PM to host it was at least 5 minutes before I received any kind of response. Then I got a message finally that said 'Few more minutes, working on it'. Ok at least some feedback. Then I waited, and waited. After about 30 minutes I had to leave and when I came back I still didn't see a response from Host. There were those other messages (which get to be obnoxious after a while) that other tables are opening or some tourney info but I didn't see anything from the host. So I PM again and get a quick response that they couldn't find a record of my deposit bonus and asked what method I used for the deposit.
Now we are PMing back and forth trying to figure this out but the process seems inefficient. I hope this is something else you are considering upgrading on your next release.

I had this problem a few weeks ago - link.

It largely resolved itself. Missing credit issue resolved following intervention of TruePokerCEO.

Very nice hat recieved as well.
