Default prima poker/royal vegas lockout

I've recently been locked out of my Royal Vegas Poker (www.royalvegaspoker.com) account, and under repeated contact with support and customer service, I have been told that due to "account discrepancies" that cannot be disclosed to me for "security reasons", that my account would be indefinitely locked out and the money would be frozen.

Despite my many efforts to find out what is going on, I've been stonewalled by various different representatives and don't really know at this point what there is for me to do. I don't know how to rectify the situation, given that I have no idea what I did.

My question is if this goes on indefinitely and no further information is made available to me, what kind of recourse do I have to obtain the money that I've earned? This occurence makes me seriously question the legitimacy of online poker, and I would appreciate any help or advice any of you have.

Did you open more than 1 account?
Did you use a different email for funding?
Did you play on someone else's computer who also has an account there?
Did you transfer (dump) funds to another player (friend)?
Can you think of anything out of the normal that would cause a warning sign?

If not, then this is unusual.
Most sites do not freeze accts for "no reason'.
You can try contacting Lou Krieger for help as he is a rep for RoyalVegas.
If they have a tollfree number try contacting by phone,
for faster results

I have played on other computers belonging to registered RVP users, and I also put in a request to switch email addresses. I received several email materials indicating that I had been registered as a new user (welcome emails, etc). Given these circumstances, should I continue to contact them? How would you recommend that I contact Lou Krieger, as well? Thanks for your response.

Yes, continue to contact them , or you will not be able to explain/clear up any issues that caused your acct to be frozen.

I do not know Lou's email but he posts on RGP,
you can try there.
Also here is phone from website 1-800-498-1482
