In case there is any confusion...
The Multi Table software is ready.
The first $500 WSEX freeroll is this Wed at 10pm
(not Sunday...although there may be others, the first one is Wed.)

Sign-ups start at 9:30
seating at 9:58
tournament starts at 10:00pm
(EST)

I am going to guess under 150...
but I could be way off.
There has been no ad for this, other than a post here
(and not on RGP).
The Multi tourny tab went up on the site a few days ago.
No emails went out to the player base.
It is a first test of the software.

There will also be a the $1 ($40 added) one tables at 9pm EST (usually 8 tables= 80 players.

I imagine all or most of the tournament players who play these 1 tables nightly will know about the Multi and stay and play.

Yeah, and it's going like CRAP.

I got disconnected when I clicked on the tournament lobby and now I can't even get back to my seat.

There is no way to get back to my seat and the tourney lobby doesn't even work...

YIKES... I've never seen WSEX fail so miserably at something...

I've always been so impressed with that site... but this SUX!

It was slower than hell to.

Mine worked very well except I was seated at a table that never popped up. I had to go searching for my name and open it.

Annie, a little constructive criticism. SLOW THE BLINDS DOWN! Wow they went up quick. When I busted out 23rd it was basically a crapshoot.

Same happened to me, add a "Take Seat" icon in the tourney lobby.

Agree with slowing blinds also.

How misleading!

Promo for the Multi's say on wsex as follows:
"Beginning very soon, WSEX will be implementing multi-table tournaments. We will kick of that grand opening by giving away numerous grand prize vacations, huge cash prizes, tickets to sporting events, apparel, and much more! Start playing poker now, and keep an eye out for these exciting promotions"

Ya lemme tell you that 6 bucks I won was really a HUGE prize. Really worth the hour and a half I spent to win it.

One more thing, you might want to add in 5 minute breaks every hour or so.

Ya no kidding. No breaks. And whats up with the blinds. I accumulated a pretty nice stack to only have it taken away in 20 min by 1000/2000 blinds

hehe yea I went out right before you at 25th..cut was 16th.It indeed was a crapshoot at that point.

couple of suggestions:

-I had 4 table changes in the first 7 minutes..too many

-the lobby for the tourney has some stabilty issues.The separate windows in the touney lobby need to be larger and easier to read and maneuver within.

-tell software guys not to forget that some players play at higher resolutions like 1600x1200.Alot of the detail in the lobby was pretty small,the bet-slider was pretty small also.

-the blinds did go up way too fast!!

-the hardest part about tourneys for rooms are the constant table changes and balancing..it would be great if the table you were moved to would just pop up in the same position like at Pokerstars but I know that is very difficult to engineer.

I didnt have any major problems really.

Thnx WSEX for the freeroll it was alot of fun!
