5 1/2 days and counting..waiting for my golden riviera cash out...

this is ridiculous, been 5 1/2 days since my cash out request, still waiting.
wrote support about it, after two days, their reply came:

"Please note that your query has been forwarded to our accounts department, who will get back to you as soon as possible.
The department operates between the hours of 08:30 - 17:00 GMT weekdays. They will respond to your
query as soon as they return to work."

so keep in mind that the reply came two days later making it friday(conveniently after they got off work).

rest assure that as soon as this cash out comes through i'll take out whatever money i got left from there and moving it to the gaming club, at least they have someone that can talk to us about these issues.
