in my experience, >1000 for 10% variance, >500 for 25% variance, my results are not very consistent for each 300 games, my last 900 SnG, breaking down to 300 each, ROI is
23%, 16%, 35%

This matches fairly well with my calculation, since your results are all within about 10% of 25%.
