Default Steps to play at prima poker.

Here is a list of all of the prima sites and then step by step instructions on what to do.

Big Dollar Poker
Lucky Nugget Poker
Golden Riviera Poker
32Red Poker
Piggs Peak Poker
Wild Jack Poker
Crazy Vegas Poker
Golden Tiger Poker
Gaming Club Poker
Colosseum Poker
Grand Bay Poker
7 Sultans Poker
Captain Cook`s Poker
Virtual City Poker
BetonUSA Poker
Royal Vegas Poker
Aztec Riches Poker
Set2Go Poker
River Belle Poker
Spin Palace Poker

Step 1. Because you are only allowed a bonus from one of these unlike the party skins you must choose which has the best bonus.
Step 2. easily deposit money (They love taking money so they make it easy)
Step 3. Play
Step 4. Attempt to cashout
Step 5. Receive information stating you must send in a copy of your drivers license (DL) in order to cashout.
Step 6. Copy and fax your DL into the site.
Step 7. Recopy and fax your DL and send it into the site (Apparently the first copy was not clear enough.)
Step 8a. You may get bored and go play with the money because this is what they hope the delay will cause.
Step 8b. Stay resiliant and wait for cashout.
Step 9. You have now learned your lesson so you go find a site that treats its players well.

or

Step 1. Shout out loud "F*** You Prima."
Step 2. Skip to step 9 above and find a site that appreciates its customers.

Default May I borrow this post?

Pacific has given up...Golden Palace is or has given up...Prima will cave! Several of the sites are contacting us and wanting banner space and forum space on our different style of forum...We really believe that Prima will see that even if they don't like the idea of poker players expecting to cashout...they do want the business, just in case games of chance have a harder time in the US than games of Skill!

We can get the word to them that players are going to the other sites...remember that Golden Palace has reputation problems from their earliest casino days...but the dealings we had with the poker people were awesome...they are the ones who pushed GP to allow neteller withdrawals without DL info...Please someone tell me if you can get a neteller withdrawal from an account that has not been "verified by photo ID"

I have an account that I foolishly funded without checking the fine print, but I don't want to try until others have tried. I want to see if less pushy customers are served graciously, or if I have to get pushy to get it taken care of, if it is to be as I was told.

But your post shows clearly the frustration that has been loudly witnessed here, and I would like to forward it to the people in PRima who seem to listen.

Golden Riviera claims to only request documentation on cash outs of $750 or more.

Has anyone cashed out for less than $750 at Golden Riviera Poker and been asked for documentation?

Default Lifetime or one time $750 max?

I know, I know...I will look it up, but I am getting some sleep first! I might get lucky and someone will find out for sure before I wake.

My information above was based on an e-mail I received from Golden Riviera Poker. In that e-mail they said:

We do not have an elaborate documentation requirement at all, what we do ask for when the cash-in is over $750 is a copy of your drivers licence (or similar identification document), utility bill, bank statement and if the player purchased with a credit card, a copy of both sides of it. I find it hard to believe that we are unique in this area.

I withdrew $600 from 32 red (from their $50+$50 promo) and I did not need to send any documentation. Further 32 Red has very good support (both casino and poker).

I have played at Golden Riviera Poker and have experienced good things with them. I can tell you that I have not been asked for any documentation, but have not cashed in for more than $750 yet, have done a few for between $100 up to $500, so based on what I have experienced, the information that you are being told is 100% true.

Up to now, the site has been very good to me, enjoying playing with them! ($$)

I have been asking around to find out the answer to the same question, I finally called Golden Riviera Poker to find out and here's the lowdown - there are many operators on the same network, but their support and accounting departments (as well as other unimportant things like marketing etc) are seperate from each other, hence the differences in the level of support and accounting differences between the sites on the PP network.

So the answer to your question is yes, they do share a server (nice rack of machines that must be), but the support and accounting service that you get at different PP sites might vary.

Hope this helps!
