Default AA with flush flop

I get

A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]A [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] in MP

I raise PF - results in all remaing folding except 1 player in LP. So 2 to the flop.

Flop is 2 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 3 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 6 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

I bet out. LP raises.

How would you play this hand from here?

3-bet and bet the turn.

Either 3-bet and lead the Turn. Or just lead the Turn.
NO WAY IN HELL CALL AND CHECK THE TURN.

Against almost all I'm 3-betting.

Figure him either:
On an overpair to the board, 99 etc. (You're ahead)
Two biggish cards with at least one diamond - and maybe the nut diamond. (You're ahead)
[Or trying to knock you off missed big Cards (without a diamond) (You're still ahead)]

I like the idea of not assuming he has flopped a flush or a straight, but it turns out he did here (flush). So if I 3 bet and he 4 bets - then what?

Your hand is too good to fold heads-up. This is MUCH different than had you got 5 calls.

Reasons to call, the check-and-call him down include [] If you 3-bet you don't know what to do if 4-bet. Posting that question means, of course, that you don't know what to do [] He's aggressive and will bet out whatever he's got (Ad?) all the way.

Reasons to call, then bet into him on the turn include [] You don't know what to do if he 4-bets [] You figure he WILL NOT raise the turn unless you are beat [] He may raise the flop semi-bluff, but then check the turn [] he will likely slow-play a good and, hehehe, heads up.

Reasons to 3-bet then bet all the way include [] You DO know what to do if he 4-bets [] he will slow down on the turn [] he will likely slow-play if he really flopped something.

Reasons to call figuring to fold the turn include [] He doesn't mess around [] He's unlikely to call you if he has only a pair [] He won't bet less than AA on the turn.

Reasons to fold now include [] He's Mother Theresa.

3-bet and bet the turn.

Likely to have just a high [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], rather than a piece of the board.

Peace,

Check-call the turn and river.

If another diamond comes, it gets more tricky and truthfully I'm not sure what the best play is.
