Default When should I slow down

Party .5/$1 Pretty normal LL party table...

I get dealt pocket aces UTG+1. UTG folds, I raise, MP and BB call.

$3.25 in the pot... Flop comes Ac Kd Js
I bet, MP raises, BB folds, I 3-bet and MP caps

Turn is Th, completing the rainbow.
I bet, MP raises, I call

River is 2c, we both check.

I feel like I didn't push this enough, but the Ten on the turn spooked me (more then it should have I suspect). How far should I push my 3 Aces?

I think you played it fine.
All he needs is a Queen.

Do you really want to give him a chance to cap the Turn with the Queen? I don't.

The bets you 'lost' on the river you gained on the Flop and Turn. Don't worry about it.

Exactly as far as you did. You played it fine. 3-betting the turn heads-up would be a mistake.
