As I'm running out of places to 'whore I thought I would hit these guys for a quick 500 hand, $100 bonus. Well, that was my first mistake - its not 500 raked hands, its 500 "contributed" hands. Too bad they don't bother to define contributed, though it looks like its any time you see the flop, which means more like 2000 hands. Ugh.
My second mistake was not actually checking out the action. There was one game going at 2/4 3/6 and 5/10, all of which with tiny pots and a flop percent at or below 30. Ughhh. Plus, at least for me, it takes forever for my clicks to go through, like 1-3 seconds every time, although no one else seems to have any problems. I managed to drop $100 doing stupid crap and am seriously considering ditching this bonus. Except for the lag I like the software, though. Any other thoughts on this place?

a quicker way to get it is to play heads up or shorthanded.
also, i believe (correct me if im wrong) that the bonus will be paid out in a percentage .. you don't have to get the 500 hand max. e.g. if you got half way there, they'd give you your $50 bonus.

Once in a while you may find something in the 2/4 to 5/10 range that isn't severly shorthanded but it's rare. Only reason I have ever played there is because I have a sportsbook account with them. Games have been softish but way too few and far between. Why bother when there are plenty of full aquariums to be found online.

WSEX is actually a great site. They take very good care of the players. The VC II was a great promotion. $250 for airfare to San Diego, very nice hotel, 30K tournament entry, shuttle bus, food and more.
THEY HAVE THE FASTEST PAY OUTS OF ANY SITE!!! YOU GET YOUR MONEY IN SECONDS, not minutes, SECONDS! I think WSEX lost customers when players followed the fish action Party created from TV advertising. I have no doubt WSEX will be have a lot of games when VCIII qualifying kicks off. If action is slow now, just wait until then. Good luck working off your bonus.

I believe the bonus also has a stiputlation that you must complete it in 30 days. Failure to do so will give you 80% of the bonus for playing 80% of the required hands and so forth.

i have an account at WSEX because i bet sports there..
But i'm new What is VC, when can i expect it, and what is so great about it.... It seems they only have Hold 'em games going these days, nothing else... i like the software and i agree the payouts are legendary fast.

I just downloaded it, and there seems to be several games. I noticed a table called GrannyMae Gallery or something. Has that always been there? I never knew of that, nor heard it mentioned. I don't recognize any player names, but I guess that is good considering that the players I know can usually beat the tar out of me.
