Ultimate Bet cash out problems

I am having problems getting my money from UB. I requested a $600 withdrawal 10 days ago and it has not even been processed yet. My deposit with them was by check and their policy is my withdrawal must be made the same way. I have e-mailed them at least six times and they tell me they are backed up or they are having banking problems with checks. My suggestion that I be allowed to use Citadel or some other method have been ignored. My last two e-mails have not been responded to. Anyone else having problems with UB? I used i-gmpay with PartyPoker and had excellent results. Are any other on-line casinos having problems?

for some reason UB's cashouts have been going terribly slowly lately. most of the people i know reported seven days or more of waiting, even for neteller cashouts.

as for their customer service, if you send them an e-mail requesting help on your cashout, you are lucky if the response does not read "please send us the hand numbers where you noticed the suspicious behavior and we will look into it."

i would go switch to party if i were you. UB's problems are starting to get really frustrating.

Even Neteller cashouts with UB are taking a week, and you'll find plenty of gripes on here about it with a search.

Their claim is that the sheer weight of numbers has given them a backlog.

I cashed out there completely to Neteller just over 2 weeks ago and it took 6 days to hit my account.

UB just notified they have issued a check. Hopefully it will arrive soon.

yeah....UB sucks in a multitude of ways. not only did i suffer some awful bad-beats so that i actually lost money...it is also taking forever to get my $$ out.

when i cashed out i didn't see any options for withdrawl methods so i assumed it was sending it to my bank account.
when i wrote a week later to ask about the hold-up this was their response....

well, since my check request has already been processed i'm just going to stick with that and hope it arrives by halloween. the computer that I had UB on has since crashed and i don't think i have any intention of uploading it on my temporary computer set-up or on my new computer. i might though...since i do have $5 in bonuses still to clear and several player-points for use in tournies, etc. overall i found UB to be a pretty frustrating experience. heck, even pacific didn't take this long for transactions...and i didn't lose money there either.

i have since switched to party and may never look back. new motto - "a bad session on party is one in which you only break-even."

I have been waiting 8 days for a Neteller cashout. I wrote an email after 5 days, and got a canned reply that someone would answer me within a "reasonable time".

Fortunately they are quite solvent, so it is more of a pain than a worry. If I needed the money to pay bills, I would be very upset. The cashout confirmation email said it would be credited within 2 business days. I'm certain many people count on the information contained in these cashout confirmations.

UB may be looking as bad as Party soon if they are not more attentive. Some would say that they have already deteriorated past the Party level. I actually fear that the result of this influx of new players will only create opportunities for collusion. I don't get to play online as much as I like, but lately this has been a blessing considering the horror stories I have read here and elsewhere.

UB's usually been pretty good with cash-outs in the past for me. I literally JUST initiated one at around 8pm tonight. With the weekend upon us, I'll be happy to see it in a week.

I took some money out of my UB account over a week ago,it was paid to my card about a week later .So no probs here.Good luck I hope it turns out well(Im sure it will)
