Default $20 tourney hand

Hi
This hand took place in the early stages of a $20 tournament (with 600 players and $2980 to the winner) :

I have Q [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] Q [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] in late MP. Blinds are 10/15. UTG folds, UTG+1 limps, next player limps, so does the next after, then a fold.
70 chips in the pot. I have 970 chips left out of the 1000 I started with.
I raise to 100.
Next two fold, and the SB raises it up to 185. He has about 700 left after his raise.
All fold to me and I call the 85.
Pot is 430.
Flop is K [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Q [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 9 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. He bets a weak 15, and I move all in with 785 chips.
What do you think of this play?

/Nicht Gut
