I had just sat down at the table when this hand happened.

Seat 6: BJwin ( $146)
Seat 7: Route6 ( $162)

Seat 9: Frank119 ( $285)
Seat 10: phonesrus ( $96)

You should definitely raise the flop (and cap if reraised) and bet the turn.
The hand would probably have developed in a different way.
But played this way, you probably should fold the river.

why would you want to do that with a non-nut flush draw? you might also get a card on the turn to give you an oesd on the river but why would you want to cap on the flop? what purpose does it serve?

He's getting 5-1 on a 2-1 shot. The chances of a higher flush draw being out there shouldn't really be a concern in limit HE.
