Default national home game listings

Hi, I just started up a new page for listing home poker games. http://kkiely.topcities.com. I got all your email addresses from PokerProducts.com. That site is OK but its a pain because you have to do alot of searching and back and forth posting. Sorry if i emailed some of you more than once. This is the only email i will send out. Anyway, if you want to list a game or list yourself as a player looking for a game please fill in the info below and email it back to me and i will put you on it. Bookmark the page and spread the word.

On your webpage clicking on Missouri does not take you to Missouri. Just a heads up, great idea.

Poker is illegal in most states. publicly listing details doesn't seem like the brightest idea.

If you think some agency of the government is going to look at this and come crack down on your .50/1.00 friendly home game, then i've got some ocean-front property to sell you in Vegas. I should warn my grandmother before she and the rest of her nursing home buddies get locked up for playing nickel Hearts games on tuesdays.

This is a great idea. Keep up the good work.

Hiya,

looks good, but just so everyone knows there is also poker.meetup.com for those looking for home games. (And no I'm not an affiliate or otherwise involved with the site. I would like to find a game in my area though, so go register!).

I would be interested in the property too. Is it on Lake Meade ocean? And while I doubt there would be any real trouble in it, I could very easily see you having problems if you had something a "home" 20-40 game in NYC.

Actually, check with a lawyer. But in most states I think unless the host takes some kind of payment, ie "rake" or percentage of buy-in, then it's not illegal. I know in South Carolina, the worst case scenario is a $100 fine and confiscation of gaming paraphenalia. Is anyone here an attorney and willing to admit it????
