40% deposit bonus at UB for first time deposits

Just made a $500 deposit and got $200 in my bonus account. Not sure if this is for first timers or not. Couldn't find anything on their site about it. All it said was 20%.

I emailed support to find out about this and they said they made a mistake and are taking 20% away from you.

I was just kidding about emailing support, but i sure wish i had gotten 40% when i went there. It was the first site i ever lost money from my balance trying to clear a bonus. The good news though was that the bonus gave me enough to still make the whole thing a net positive.

The second and only other time this has happened was on my 3rd bonus at stars.

Maybe I'm missing something, but it seems to me that 40 percent is too good of a deal. By that I mean how can UB give that much away and stay profitable? I assume this bonus won't last very long.

I was kind of surprised myself. I was expecting $100 when I saw the $200 bonus. I signed up there about 2 months ago but never made a deposit after support failed to reply to my email about a deposit bonus. Maybe this was their way of making it up to me?

Can't be a first time thing...I just deposited $500 about 2 days ago and only got the $100 bonus.

I didnt want to post this when it happened as I know the sites monitor this forum, but....... When I made my first deposit with them I got $235 BONUS ON A $500 DEPOSIT.
Maybe there is a software glitch, I liked it though [img]/forums/images/icons/grin.gif[/img]

What method of payment did you use? Sometime sites offer extra bonuses for IGM-pay and such.

I did also get "too much [img]/forums/images/icons/grin.gif[/img] " in my last bonusoffer. I got 112.50 where they offered 50. It was in two parts(I got 2 emails) - 50 and 62.50. It must be a fail in their software or something. I liked it though!
