another 55+5 stars
Now deep in tourny. blinds 800/1600, hero is UTG with AQ and 25k stack and makes it 4200 to go. chip leader UTG +1 reraises putting me effectively all in.
villain just lost a big pot with 66 where he called an avg stacked players re raise all in whom had AQ. read on villain is that he over values hands- but does not get out of line/havent seen him bluff or be too aggro postflop, mostly just loose calls preflop.

By overvaluing hands, do you mean he'll push with A10s+, KJs+, 55/66+? Because if so, I'd probably call this, hoping to double up and go for a deep run. But I'm just a low-level playing donk, maybe I'm completly wrong. And if you can't put him on that range, I'd find a fold somewhere.
