Default AKo: best line on the turn

Villain is 24/12/4.8, decent thinking player.

What's my best line on the turn? Go for a c/r and risk giving a free card to the villain? Just bet and risk him folding? I want to extract the max value without risking getting outdrawn. Thoughts? Anybody likes my flop check?

Hero bets. If he raises, 3-bet. If he caps, check/call the river.

I check-raise this, if I get 3-bet, call down. If I don't get 3-bet, I lead a non-h river.

The flop check is fine.

Lead the turn. If he raises we get the chance to 3-bet what could be his second best hand. If we check-raise he's likely to just call a hand that we can beat.

I agree with you here somewhat. Check/calling the flop and leading the turn screams sandbagging or big overs. Maybe a check-raise on the turn would be better given that line since leading the turn when the Q hits might just be giving our hand away in which case villian would be more likely to call rather than raise.
