Default Heads up preflop equities of one range vs another range

I am looking for a table that will give heads up preflop equities, expressed in terms of a range of hands for both players. For example, player 1 may be holding top 20% of all possible hands, and player 3 may be holding top 60% of all possible hands. Does anybody know where I could find this info?

I realize some approximations are in order to generate this since the "top 60%" of all hands depends on the range of hands you are up against.

It looks like PokerStove chokes bigtime on a calculation like this. It gives heads up preflop equities with reasonable computation time when comparing a given hand for one player and a range of hands for the other player. But when I compare a range of hands for one player, and a range of hands for another player, it chokes.
