Early so had no reads. Did I play this hand to passively? Also does the fact that I improved on the turn give me enough outs to call turn bet?

Raise the turn. Wait, forget that. I think you should lead out the turn. I don't like check/raise here much, as you're OOP, unless it's an all-in.
