I would call here, only thing your worried about is flush. Your getting around 2:1 here too. If he had the flush I would think he would min raise on the river instead of push. But he may think you have a strong hand and think youn will call him. His flop minraise could be him trying to get a freecard for the flush. I know this is a popular move in limit, not sure if its used as much in nl.

If he's loose aggressive, you're probably better off check/calling the river, since you'll snap off more bluffs that way.
