Default Aces in pos., deep vs 2+2

Villian is slightly loose, but dont know much other than 2p2

Why are you checking the turn? Bet the turn. Straight and flush potential out there. And no 2+2'er folds those draws to your obvious CB with AK. [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

I like a river check more than a turn check, because of the texture of the board, but this line seems ok for AA OOP IMO.

Well, that is an interesting title. You're not in position and you're not deep. But you do have aces, so nice job on that bit. I like your play in this hand. You can probably fold the river, but it is probably close and you're not giving up much by calling.

yea i was gonna say youre not in pos or deep [img]/images/graemlins/tongue.gif[/img]

however i prefer betting turn, check-calling river .... but this looks fine. call the river (counterfeited 2-pair on the turn? looks like it could be a boat however) or fold the river is fine either way.

Blah, meant OOP. Hands were from a while ago and had the HH saved but how hand was played was from memory

I like check/calling the turn because it probably gets the most out of a smaller overpair which is his most likely hand.
